The transport of your package

Our instruments are shipped by default from Burkina-Faso by the national post office, the "Sonapost" and will be delivered to you by the national post office of your country of residence.

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment for the order (except for cases and other custom orders).

The average delivery time for France is about 2 weeks from the date of deposit. Allow 1 or 2 weeks more for other European countries. For destinations outside Europe, the average delivery time is about 1 month.

You will also quickly find the trace of your parcel on the tracking site of the post office of your country of residence.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, export certificate or health certificate (for hides) and postage. 

They are calculated according to the total weight of your order. 

We advise you to combine your purchases into one order. 

We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay the postage for each of them. 

Special care is taken with packages containing fragile objects.

Taxes and customs

We try to facilitate the import of parcels into the destination countries and to avoid our customers having to pay taxes.

Normally you will not have to pay anything when the parcel arrives, but if you are asked to pay customs or VAT, we strongly advise you to pay the amount requested or contact us.

In case of non-payment of taxes, the parcel is returned with fees and a very long delay.

In case of return of a parcel, we will only be able to refund your order after reception of the parcel in Burkina-Faso and excluding return postage.
